Tennis Across Montgomery was created in 1995 by Coach John
McWilliams to offer tennis lessons to children without an opportunity to
play the game and to raise money for the Family Sunshine Center. For the
fourteenth consecutive year, about 75 children will participate in a
free tennis clinic. Each year, the event raises a significant amount of
money for the Family Sunshine Center, with more than $23 thousand being
raised in 2008. |
